Arrival at Rishikesh Ashram : 30th Sept 2011 (Friday)
Departure from Rishikesh Ashram : 22nd Oct 2011 (Saturday)

(Candidates will not be allowed to leave ashram on 21st Oct night)

Since we have very few days available to work as per the flow shown above,
- The last date of submission of Complete Application + Evaluation at State Apex Office : 15th Sept 2011.
- The last date of submission of Scanned Application + Evaluation by Email to TTC Desk by Apex Office :
20th Sept 2011
- Selection announcement by TTC Desk : 22nd Sept 2011
Those who can not follow above mentioned dates, can apply for next TTC.
TTC Application Requirement :
- TTC Application Format 1 as per following link (to be filled by New Candidate) :
- TTC Application Format 2 as per following link (to be filled by New Candidate) :
- TTC Evaluation Format as per following link (to be filled by Recommending Teacher) :
- Full Length Photo (Photos taken by mobile phones are not accepted)
- Medical Certificate
- Seva Activity Report (strictly 1 page)
Instructions to State Apex Office :
- State Apex Offices are requested to send TTC Applications + Evaluations as scanned files through email first, to TTC Desk, Bangalore, so that TTC Desk can finish work as early as possible. (TTC Desk email : ttcdesk@vvki.net)
- Pls send one Email for one Applicant only. Write name of the Applicant in Subject. Do not send incomplete attachment. All documents mentioned above need to be sent as scanned files in one email.
- Once all Applications + Evaluations are sent by email, State Apex can send hard copy Applications to TTC Desk, Bangalore through standard courier at following address :

Please note :
1. Only Indian candidates are requested to apply. International candidate / NRIs can apply next time
2. Candidates need to mention all dates correctly – Birth Date, Part-1 Course Date, Part-2 Course Dates, DSN Course Date, any other dates. If these field are kept BLANK then application will be rejected.
3. Since photos will be used to prepare Identity Cards, Candidates are requested to submit proper photos.
4. Candidates need to have Savings Bank account strictly in – State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank, Canara Bank
5. Candidates must have PAN card (Those who do not have PAN card, should apply for it before coming for TTC)
6. Each candidate must have operational Email id. Invitations will be sent through Email. Candidate will need to take print out of Invitation.
7. Existing Teachers who want to upgrade can apply next time.
8. State Apex Office will send Invitation to each candidate through email.
All the Apex members / Teachers Co-ordinators / State TTC Committee may circulate this information to all the teachers, organizers, volunteers of the State as early as possible.
